How It Works

We Take A Consultative Approach & Custom-Fit Each Strategy Unique To Each Business

What You Can Expect

Expertise

We’re Google Certified, Bing Certified & have decades of combined experience on our team of 80+ people (and growing). Every decision we make for your campaign is based on data… we NEVER guess. You can rest assured that our data-driven experts will put your campaigns in the best possible position right from the start.

Creativity

We take the data-driven expertise and merge it with our creative talent when it comes to designing websites, landing pages, videos, ad copies & anything ‘pretty’ a potential customer of yours will see. We’re always coming up with new designs, layouts and templates to test against our proven producers to always push to generate you the highest quality leads at the lowest price.

Integrity

We’re a firm believer in our core values, and one of those is always having integrity. Admitting when we’re wrong, striving to do the right thing by our clients and always having an open line of communication. We’re not perfect… no one is. But we always want to operate with as much integrity as we can in all aspects of our operation. That includes being honest and telling you when it’s time to pause or quit a certain campaign. Our objective is to have the best interest of each client first before our own.

The Consultation Process -
The Steel Marketing Way

Intro Call

This intro call is all about you. No used car salesman, pull-the-rug-out-from-under-you tactics… just an honest conversion....

Intro Call

This intro call is all about you. No used car salesman, pull-the-rug-out-from-under-you tactics… just an honest conversion. We aren’t the right fit for every person or business we speak with, so, in order to honor your time, this intro call is where we’ll ask some questions about your business, learn about your main objectives and you get to ask questions about us, too. We’ll be straightforward with you: if we think we can help you, we’ll tell you and if we don’t think we can help you, we’ll tell you. If we don’t think we’re the best fit for you, we’ll do everything we can to advise you on what is best at this stage of your business to help you achieve those goals you have set.

Strategy Session

If both parties deem it a good fit to potentially work together, we’ll book another call a few days after our Intro Call....

Strategy Session

If both parties deem it a good fit to potentially work together, we’ll book another call a few days after our Intro Call, which will give our team enough time to develop a fully customized online marketing strategy to help your business crush the goals you outlined. It’ll be detailed enough that you could go out and implement it on your own without us if you wanted. We’re very transparent about everything we do, and that’s evident in the strategy session… we aren’t holding anything back.

Onboarding

If you’re picking up what we’re putting down, smelling what we’re stepping in… then we’ll move onto the onboarding phase....

Onboarding

If you’re picking up what we’re putting down, smelling what we’re stepping in… then we’ll move onto the onboarding phase. This is where our Account Coordinator, Ana, shines! She’ll be your go-to throughout your onboarding journey -- as well as throughout the entirety of our relationship together. In our onboarding phase, we’ll need about an hour of your time to get us things like login access, photos, videos we may need, etc.

Take A Peek At All Of Our Processes

If you’re curious what the process looks like when you move past the onboarding process, we’ve got everything you need below! Underneath this, you’ll see a roadmap of the first 90 days of SEO, PPC, FB Ads, and our website design process.

We’re transparent with you along the way, and communication is a high priority for us. We send numerous optimization emails updating you of the progress early on plus either weekly, bi-weekly or monthly updates of how things are progressing.

Like we said above, we strive to have the utmost integrity, so if we notice a campaign is struggling to produce high quality leads for a long period of time, we’re going to communicate what we’re seeing, provide you all the data & facts and let you make the ultimate decision.

We never want to lose a business money — obviously we want to make you a solid ROI, but there’s a key difference between not losing money and making you money. When we say we never went to lose you money, it means we always want to put your business in the best position possible to succeed from the start, which is where our data-driven expertise comes into play 😉

Facebook Ads

Detailed
Analytics

With Facebook Ads, you’re able to see your conversion rate and other social metrics such as weekly reach, post engagement, page likes, and your best-performing posts. Also, you can see how you’re doing against your competition. With all this information, you can see where you are, and adjust your campaigns as needed.

Brand
Awareness

As you may know, Facebook is the most popular social media channel. This means that many users check their newsfeeds multiple times per day, so your preferred audience will be repeatedly exposed to your ads. This way, you can create some trust between you and your audience.

Introduces your business in the mobile audience

Pay-per-click allows you to target your prospective clients and make them aware of your product and brand. Whether you want more exposure for your business or get clients’ attention to a new campaign, PPC will help you achieve those goals and track their fulfillment.

Website Design

It sets the First Impression

Your website can give your audience their first impression of you. They’ll decide in seconds if they find your website useful or not, so it’s better to offer them a site that fills their needs. You have to make a positive impact on your audience, so they can buy your product or service.

It aids your SEO, PPC or Facebook Ads strategy

There are web design elements and practices that can influence how you publish content on your website, and this can affect how search engine spiders crawl and index your site. So, you need an excellent website to complement your SEO, PPC, or Facebook Ads strategy.

It builds trust with
your Audience

A well-built website generates confidence in people. If they find your website unattractive or hard to navigate, they will leave, and you won’t get the leads you want. A well-designed site is essential to build trust with your audience, so they remain on your site.
